AQUATICA SLIM MACRO PORT # 18430

Following right in the footsteps of the A7r II housing, Aquatica is pleased to introduce a new flat macro port to accommodate the excellent Sony 90mm macro lens, this at port joins the ranks of an already extensive line of ports for its DSLR series.

This new at macro port is definitely slimmer. With a much narrower frontal signature, the obvious benefit is added room for the positioning of the strobes when shooting real close-up images. Additionally, the # 18430 slim port is equipped with 77mm filter threads that will accommodate every imaginable wet diopter out there simply by screwing directly on the port or by using standard 77 to 67mm step-down adapters.

A bayonet is located around the perimeter on the front of this new port, this will allow the quick mounting of our soon to be introduced flip holder, this convenient holder is cleverly modular in design and will allow for additional swing arms to be added as an option. Considerably narrower, but of the same physical length as its predecessor’s, means that existing port extensions used with our existing 18428 & 18426 remain the same.

The convenience of quickly adding wet diopters, a narrower profile, and its compatibility with existing port extension configuration, will make this new flat port a must have item for getting the best of your macro photography.
